examinations.
 Associates may be studying piano
technology and working toward RPT status, or may be
piano retailers, rebuilders, refinishers or other

Ron Boyd has been
servicing,tuning and
repairing pianos since
2003. He is a graduate
of the American School
of Piano Tuning.

Ron also regulates actions, reshapes
hammerheads, installs climate control systems,
cleans, replaces key tops, and re-bushes keys.

John Shebesta
Received a BBA Degree from
WSU-Whitewater in 1970, has
been an Associate Member for
over 17 years and has
attended over 200 hours of
PTG National Convention workshops. He has
over 30 years experience as a tuner/technician
and for the last 12 years has been the principal
“Tuner-Technician” for Netzow’s Pianos,
Milwaukee's Yamaha dealer.   New Berlin and
Wauwatosa locations – Serving the entire Metro-
Milwaukee Area. Full Service – Tuning, Voicing,
Regulation, Repair, Rebuilding, & Damp-Chaser
Humidity control installation and maintenance.
John offers practical quality service, and treats
his customers as  friends & family.


Sandy Sherry received
her Bachelor of Arts in Music
from Ottawa University,
graduating summa cum laude and
receiving distinction on her
comps.  While she enjoys
playing piano, organ, guitar and recorder, her
main instrument is the harp.  Sandy is an
Associate Member of the Guild, and has been
tuning pianos since 1998.  Also, she provides on
site minor repairs.    Based in Oconomowoc,
Sandy primarily serves the western Milwaukee
suburbs to her east, and through Watertown to
the west.   She enjoys the feeling that her job is
a means of “bringing harmony” to others.
