Claire Kronshage joined the PTG in 2018. She has a BA with honors from UW-Eau Claire in music, piano focus. She has been teaching private piano lessons since 2004 and has been trained to teach the N. Jane Tan method. She's had a desire to become a piano technician for years and is happy to learn in part from the experienced and helpful members of the Milwaukee PTG. She provides service in tuning, regulating, and repairs.

He has been an Member of the Milwaukee Piano Technician's Guild for over 25 years, attending over 300 hours of PTG Convention workshops. He has over 35 years experience, and was the principal tuner-technician for Netzow’s Pianos for 17 years. John provides full service: tuning, voicing, regulation, repair, rebuilding, dampp-chaser humidity control installation and maintenance."

Kim Westergaard joined the Piano Technicians Guild in 2015.  He is a retired educator with 36 years of experience as a Music Educator and School counselor.  He began tuning and small repair work in 2013 after completing a course of study in piano tuning and repair through The American School of Piano Tuning and Repair.  Kim is one of several technicians currently working at Neuhaus Mechanical Workshop which specializes in the sale, repair, and restoration of used and vintage pianos. 
Services:
​Tuning, upright action regulation and repairs, installation and maintenance of Dampp-Chaser Piano Lifesaver Systems.
