Jen Anderson is a certified piano technician and active musician based in Southeastern Wisconsin. With a background in voice and piano, she has led worship at numerous churches, acted in a variety of community theatre productions, and performed with the Milwaukee Symphony Chorus. A graduate of North Central University in Minneapolis, Jen earned her B.S. in Music in 1998. She became a certified piano technician through the Piano Technician Academy and joined the Piano Technicians Guild in 2024. Jen is dedicated to providing high-quality piano tuning, combining her musical expertise with technical precision to help pianists achieve the best sound from their instruments.

Brandon Condon graduated from UW-Whitewater with a BA in Music and an Arts Management minor in 1996. As part of a career change, Brandon attended the Milwaukee Area Technical College and graduated with a Associate's Degree in Nursing in 2010. Coming full circle with a return to his music roots, Brandon completed the Piano Technicians Academy certificate program in 2021 and joined the local chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild.
Brandon continues his study of piano technology with Dr. Larry McDonald, RPT, owner of Hartland Piano in Hartland, WI. When not providing tuning and repair services for families and organizations in the community, Brandon works under Larry repairing, reconditioning, and providing shop piano tunings for the instruments at Hartland Piano. |

Kayla joined the PTG in 2021, and completed her training course with Randy Potter School of Piano Technology the following Spring. She opened Huhn Tuning LLC in 2022, and services pianos in Sheboygan county, and the Port Washington area. She has a music degree from Crown College, and plays several instruments including the piano and bagpipes. Kayla has played keyboard and piano on the church worship team since 2006. She lives in Cedar Grove with her husband and three children.

Anne Hulbert has been immersed in music and the technical piano world from an early age. She has attended Piano Technician Guild National Conventions in Denver, CO, St. Louis, MO and Reno, NV. She regularly attends local Milwaukee Chapter PTG meetings, and a NAMM (National Association of Music Merchants) Show in Anaheim, CA.
In the Fall of 2023, Anne was able to receive training in Dresden, Germany by Bechstein and tour the Bechstein Factory in Seifhenisdorf, Germany, and the W. Hoffmann factory in The Czech Republic. Anne has been training formally with Hulbert Piano since September 2023, and has received her piano tuning and repair certificate from the Piano Technician Academy. |

Claire holds a BA in Music: Piano from UW-Eau Claire. Later in life, she studied under a certified teacher in the N. Jane Tan method of piano pedagogy and still teaches a small closed studio of students.
She has been tuning, regulating, and repairing pianos since early 2018 in the field, at churches and schools (including UWM), and for Artistic Piano Service and Sales in Waterford, WI, where she is grateful to have learned the bulk of her knowledge and on-the-job skills. She has been a member of the Milwaukee chapter PTG for the same amount of time, regularly attending monthly chapter meetings as well as national conferences whenever family life allows. Services include tuning, regulation (partial or full), and repairs. She can also offer assistance with professional piano moving and storage. Service area is Muskego and surrounding communities. |

Daniel attended Milwaukee Area Technical College in theOccupational Music program starting in 1988. Studied voice, piano,composition, arranging, and performance. Returned there in 2008 to study recording engineering and mastering.Apprenticed as a piano technician with Sells Piano Craftsmen starting in 1991. Remained an employee until 2001, learning the art of tuning,rebuilding, restorations etc. In 2001 became self-employed and started Performance Piano. Attended Certification classes at bothYamaha (2004,2008) and PianoDisc (2004,2005) for electronic player system repair, installation and maintenance. Worked with multipledealerships including: Netzows ,Billings, and Hartland Piano.

Kim Westergaard joined the Piano Technicians Guild in 2015. He is a retired educator with 36 years of experience as a Music Educator and School counselor. He began tuning and small repair work in 2013 after completing a course of study in piano tuning and repair through The American School of Piano Tuning and Repair. Kim is one of several technicians currently working at Neuhaus Mechanical Workshop which specializes in the sale, repair, and restoration of used and vintage pianos.
