Brandon Condon graduated from UW-Whitewater with a BA in Music and an Arts Management minor in 1996. As part of a career change, Brandon attended the Milwaukee Area Technical College and graduated with a Associate's Degree in Nursing in 2010. Coming full circle with a return to his music roots, Brandon completed the Piano Technicians Academy certificate program in 2021 and joined the local chapter of the Piano Technicians Guild.

Brandon continues his study of piano technology with Dr. Larry McDonald, RPT, owner of Hartland Piano in Hartland, WI. When not providing tuning and repair services for families and organizations in the community, Brandon works under Larry repairing, reconditioning, and providing shop piano tunings for the instruments at Hartland Piano.

Kayla joined the PTG in 2021, and completed her training course with Randy Potter School of Piano Technology the following Spring. She opened Huhn Tuning LLC in 2022, and services pianos in Sheboygan county, and the Port Washington area. She has a music degree from Crown College, and plays several instruments including the piano and bagpipes. Kayla has played keyboard and piano on the church worship team since 2006. She lives in Cedar Grove with her husband and three children.

Claire holds a BA in Music: Piano from UW-Eau Claire. Later in life, she studied under a certified teacher in the N. Jane Tan method of piano pedagogy and still teaches a small closed studio of students.
She has been tuning, regulating, and repairing pianos since early 2018 in the field, at churches and schools (including UWM), and for Artistic Piano Service and Sales in Waterford, WI, where she is grateful to have learned the bulk of her knowledge and on-the-job skills. She has been a member of the Milwaukee chapter PTG for the same amount of time, regularly attending monthly chapter meetings as well as national conferences whenever family life allows.

Services include tuning, regulation (partial or full), and repairs. She can also offer assistance with professional piano moving and storage. Service area is Muskego and surrounding communities.

He has over 35 years experience, and was the principal tuner-technician for Netzow’s Pianos for 17 years. Kim Westergaard joined the Piano Technicians Guild in 2015.  He is a retired educator with 36 years of experience as a Music Educator and School counselor.  He began tuning and small repair work in 2013 after completing a course of study in piano tuning and repair through The American School of Piano Tuning and Repair.  Kim is one of several technicians currently working at Neuhaus Mechanical Workshop which specializes in the sale, repair, and restoration of used and vintage pianos. 
Services:
​Tuning, upright action regulation and repairs, installation and maintenance of Dampp-Chaser Piano Lifesaver Systems.
